AEDRA Calm Account Deletion

At AEDRA Therapy Services, we believe users should have full control over their personal information.

You can delete your AEDRA Calm account at any time directly within the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open AEDRA Calm.

  2. Go to Profile.

  3. Select Privacy & Account.

  4. Tap Delete My Account.

  5. Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.

What happens when you delete your account?

When you confirm account deletion, your account and associated app data are permanently deleted.

This includes:

  • Account information

  • Daily check-in history (including mood, anxiety, energy, and sleep entries)

  • Thought journal entries

  • Coping tool usage records

  • User preferences

  • Personal goals

  • App reminders

  • Safety plan content

  • Favourite tools

  • Saved "Say It For Me" messages

  • Supportive Rhythm entries and reflections

  • Feedback submitted through the app

Timing of deletion

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

There is no grace period, recovery option, or temporary deactivation process. Once deletion is confirmed, your data is permanently removed from the AEDRA Calm application.

Data retention

AEDRA Calm does not retain your personal data after account deletion at the application level.

Please note that limited technical logs or backup data may be retained temporarily by underlying infrastructure providers as part of standard security, backup, and operational processes. These records are not used to restore deleted accounts or identify individual users and are removed in accordance with provider retention policies.
